What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility — To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items — We do not accept returns for: change of mind, sale items or gift cards, custom or personalised items, or personal care/hygiene products.
Return Shipping — Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues — Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wearefav.au@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed once placed. If you need to make a change, email us at wearefav.au@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items marked as final sale, part of a bundle deal, or on clearance are not eligible for return. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We offer free express shipping on every order — no minimum required.

Our bags are designed in-house and manufactured with carefully selected partners who meet our quality standards. Every piece goes through quality control before it ships to you.
