You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase. Email wearefav.au@gmail.com to start a return — items sent back without prior approval can't be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
