Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for change of mind, sale items or gift cards, custom or personalised items, or personal care or hygiene products. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wearefav.au@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
